has successfully organized a seminar of business law
in the evening of Sept. 10 (Wed.). In total around 70
alumni/friends attended.
With a virtual company - Tsinghua Technologies Corp,
for a process from start-up to final IPO as a case
study, tow lawyers, Mr. Jeffrey G. Sheremeta and
Mr. Christopher G. Lee from Lang Michener Law Firm,
explained the business law from both intellectual
property side and security (financial) side.
