The Real Estate Investment Know-how
Dear alumni & friends,

After many year of work abroad or in China, one important aspect in life is to own a house to settle down. But for inexperienced house-buyers, there are always too many tricks inside the house purchase and too many questions to be answered. To clear those doubts, TUAAV is going to organize one seminar around the end of this month, to introduce know-how on house buying. The presentation will be delivered by TUAAV Director Ms. Silvia Wong, who is an expert and has been very successful in this area for many years. Meanwhile, she is also an experience architecture engineer and know structure of home very well.

Another presentation will be given by Mr. Kenneth Chen on "How to handle a motor vehicle accident". Mr. Chen holds the title of Lawyer of BC and Lawyer of UK and several other qualifications. The presentation aims to introduce the knowledge to get reasonable benefits for the persons involved in an accident. As we heard a lot, for most of Chinese Immigrants, if unfortunately involved in any accidents, they could not get their deserved benefits and compensations due to the language problems, culture differences and even law knowledge.
